Position Title: Customer
Service Representative
Key Job
responsibilities:
- Manage
key customer relationships for both existing and new accounts
- Provide
timely and thorough responses to customer requests
- Insure
accurate data entry and report processing for all related customer
documentation
- Proactively
identify and escalate customer issues
- Interface
with other internal departments to meet deadlines and expedite customer
deliveries
EDUCATION:
- Junior
college degree and or 5-6 years equivalent work experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum
2-3 years customer service experience in contract manufacturing industry,
with emphasis in environment of cable, harness, and/or electromechanical
assemblies which includes mechanical, electrical, electronic components
- Proficient
in MS Office
- Operate
as a collaborative team member and function with minimal supervision
- Thrive
in demanding, deadline driven culture
- Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail and
prioritize/manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good listener with
ability to focus on uncovering customer concerns
